PROF. GOSKI ALABI NOMINATED FOR AFRICA’S MOST RESPECTED CEO AWARD

Consulting President of Laweh Open University College, Prof. Mrs. Goski Alabi, has been nominated to receive Africa’s Most Respected CEO Award at an event slated for Saturday, July 17, 2021 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The award is being organized by The Business Executive magazine, the leading periodical magazine covering economy, business, finance, investment and socio-economic development in West Africa.

According to the organisers, the nomination is in recognition of Prof. Mrs. Alabi’s “enormous contributions to the Private Tertiary Education sector in West Africa”

The primary objective of award scheme is to identify some of the leading CEOs in Africa – and by implication the enterprise they lead – so that enterprises across the continent can have a guide as to some of the counterparties they can safely do business with, the organisers say.

Another objective, the organisers add, is to provide top tier CEOs all over the continent with a form of measuring rod through which they can ascertain how well they are doing with regard to both quantitative considerations (as derived by research driven analyses) and public image and appreciation (as ascertained by public voting) when compared against their peers elsewhere on the continent.

It would be recalled that in September 2020, Prof. Mrs. Alabi was adjudged the Most Outstanding Female in Tertiary Education in Ghana at the 6th Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards also organised by The Business Executive.

The award was in recognition of her exemplary and outstanding contributions and achievements in tertiary education in Ghana.
